This is a snapshot of the most popular lifestyle relevant tests that we offer to our clients. An initial consultation or telephone appointment will determine which test(s) may be most appropriate for you.

Test kits are mailed to your preferred address and returned directly to the laboratory. Where indicated, blood draw can be arranged either locally or in Central London.

We are approved clinicians with Genova Labs, Cyrex and Regenerus

Gastro-Intestinal Testing

Comprehensive Parasitology (£157): evaluates stool for the presence of parasites and levels of beneficial flora, imbalanced flora, pathogenic bacteria, and yeast. This is an ideal test for patients with changes in bowel pattern, especially for those who have been travelling abroad. Sensitivity panels comprising commonly used pharmaceutical and natural antimicrobials are tested against bacterial/ yeast cultures to help identify the most efficient way of addressing imbalances.

CDSA (£232): evaluates digestion, absorption, gut flora, and the colonic environment. The profile is indicated for all chronic GI problems, for acute bowel pattern changes, and for many systemic diseases and provides a sensitivity panel for treating pathogenic flora.

CDSA 2.0 (£254): the most advanced non-invasive evaluation of GI distress. Similar to the CDSA (above) but with some additional markers.

Helicobacter Pylori (£85): H pylori is a bacterial infection strongly associated with persistent stomach inflammation. Such inflammation can significantly increase the risk of stomach or duodenal ulcer formation. The stool test is a convenient, non-invasive way of testing for H.pylori for both diagnosis and follow-up testing. This marker can also be added to other larger stool tests by request.

Food intolerances and auto-immunity

IgG food intolerance panel (£155 plus blood draw): IgG antibodies are associated with ‘delayed’ or non-atopic food reactions that exacerbate or contribute to many different health problems. Simultaneous high levels of many IgG food-specific antibodies can also be associated with intestinal hyper permeability (also known as leaky gut).

Wheat & gluten Reactivity & Autoimmunity (tbc) : Cyrex are world leaders in antibody testing for the early detection and monitoring of complex autoimmune conditions.

Nutritional testing

Vitamin D: £30 (blood spot – at home test kit)

Iodine: £71

Spectracell: tbc

Essential Fatty Acids (£160 plus blood draw)

Organic Acid testing

Metabolic Analysis Profile (£219): an important clinical tool for treating imbalances underlying metabolic, nutritional, and neurological disorders. This test assesses four main areas of metabolism: gastrointestinal function and dysbiosis markers, cellular energy production, neurotransmitter metabolites and an assessment of nutrient sufficiency. Using test results, practitioners can design comprehensive, customised therapies to restore optimal metabolic health.

Organix Profile (£279): Similar to the MAP (above) but with some additional markers.

Hormonal Testing

Menopause (£270): a non-invasive salivary/urine assessment that measures levels of progesterone, oestradiol, testosterone in addition to markers of bone turnover and oestrogen metabolism. Results can be used to identify imbalances contributing to menopausal symptoms as well as various systemic disorders and provides a valuable assessment of menopausal related conditions.

Essential Oestrogens (£259): provides a focused overview of oestrogen balance in both pre- and post-menopausal women, using a single urine sample to evaluate dynamics of sex steroid metabolism that can profoundly affect a woman’s health throughout her lifetime.

Rhythm Plus (£226): comprehensive female hormone profile (£226): consecutive 12 day salivary assessment of the monthly fluctuations in Oestradiol, Progesterone, Melatonin (sleep hormone) and the Adrenal Hormones, Cortisol and DHEA. This test is recommended for pre-menopausal women.

Thyroid Plus (£148 plus blood draw): analyses serum levels of TSH, total T4, free T4, free T3, reverse T3, anti-TG antibodies, and anti-TPO antibodies to assess central and peripheral thyroid function, as well as thyroid auto-immunity.

Complete Male Hormones (£433): analyses key markers from an overnight urine collection, providing insights into a wide range of disorders, from reduced libido and muscle mass to cardiovascular disease.

Comprehensive Adrenal Stress Profile (£107): saliva test to detect imbalances in the daily circadian secretions of the stress hormones cortisol, DHEA and its impact on a key immune market, sIgA. Imbalances in these hormones can indicate an inappropriate response that can negatively impact energy levels, emotions, and many other health complaints. These include anxiety, chronic inflammatory conditions, allergies, chronic fatigue syndrome, insomnia, depression, migraines, headaches, recurrent infections, menstrual difficulties and infertility.

Cardiovascular & Metabolic Testing

Comprehensive Cardiovascular Risk Assessment (£158 plus blood draw): a comprehensive evaluation of cardiovascular risk, measuring various important markers such as Lipoprotein (a), Apolipoprotein A1 &B, cholesterol, triglycerides, and homocysteine, as well as key inflammatory markers. This unique test combines both traditional and cutting-edge indicators of cardiovascular health that can often be corrected with nutritional intervention.

Homocysteine (£77 plus blood draw): Elevated levels of homocysteine are linked to a variety of clinical conditions, and it is considered to be an independent risk factor for cardiovascular disease.
