Fitness & Empowerment Day

Saturday 8 April 2017, 9:30am – 4pm

We have teamed up with fitness expert Joanna Beardsmore-Dilks at Waddesden Manor, for a total health experience.

Based on a similar day we held together recently at Champney’s in Tring, we are sure this is a ‘not to be missed’ event for your calendar. The fantastic day is designed to provide a fun and relaxed environment to enable you to step into your power and take control of your lifestyle.

The Waddesden day includes a yoga class, HiiTs (High Intensity Interval Training) and BrainFit, a new innovative approach to mind-set and fitness.  BrainFit includes everything from cardio vascular moves, to toning, meditation and positive affirmations; the perfect combination for a healthy mind and body. A beautiful lunch is provided and there is opportunity for walking in the stunning grounds of the Manor, and along the daffodil trail which should be in full bloom at this time of year. We also include inspirational nutrition and lifestyle workshops to equip you with ideas that you can take home and put into practice.

This workshop includes all of the above classes and activities plus lunch, at an all inclusive fee of £149.

“Forget blue Monday- today is Turnaround Tuesday and I now have the healthiest fridge in town! Ginger chicken from the Neal’s Yard Healing foods book last night- delish!  Healthy porridge for breakfast with flax & Chai seeds (very delish- I kid you not) and just about to tuck into a homemade healthy rainbow coloured salad.  Trouble is it now takes ten times longer to get around the supermarket but that at least adds a few steps to the Fitbit – feeling inspired” Heather
