Are you looking for inspiration around healthy eating?

Then join our Masterclass which includes a cookery demonstration, lots of health related and nutritional information, and a delicious lunch from the dishes that we have prepared for you.

Most take place in our spacious and modern kitchen near High Wycombe, which can comfortably accommodate up to eight guests.

As we cook for you, we discuss tips, techniques and health benefits. We guide you in useful gadgets and advance preparation, to help you rethink your own mealtimes and make them less time demanding and more enjoyable to prepare. You get to ask questions, be inspired and eat!

The daytime session starts at 11am with a hot or a cold drink and a chance to meet our other guests. The Masterclass starts at 11am until approximately 1pm, when you then relax and enjoy the demonstration food around our kitchen table. The day finishes around 2:30pm.

Va Va Voom – eating for health & vitality

Va Va Voom will focus on how to incorporate superfood nutrition into everyday mealtimes. We will show you how including healthy and natural foods in your diet can add life to your years, ensure your skin glows and help you to feel full of energy and vigour. If you want to eat well, look good and feel younger then this class is for you!

This class is also suitable for active people looking to maintain or improve their sports performance.

Happy Hormones

Ever suffered with that ‘time of the month’ feeling? Do you suffer with pain, discomfort or a heavy flow? Are you struggling with fertility? Or if you’re beyond that, is menopause giving you the blues?

Well help is at hand. What you eat has a dramatic effect on your hormone balance. Oestrogens need to be cleared through your liver otherwise hormone levels can be knocked out of synch. And as everything in the body is linked, this can leave you feeling down (or overheated, or grumpy, or just not at your best).

This class will experiment with foods that promote hormone harmony.

OUTSMART Cancer

This class is based on Jenny’s book and experience of working with many cancer patients. It is broadly a low carbohydrate diet focussing on fresh, nutrient dense foods. Unlike pure PALEO it includes pulses and some non-gluten grains. The occasional use of dairy is included in the form of yoghurt or sheep’s and goat’s cheese.
OUTSMART is a really vibrant and colourful way to eat and is suitable for anyone wishing to take their eating plan up a gear. As we often say, you don’t have to wait to get ill to benefit from great nutrition. Healthy food can be fast, delicious and fabulous for all of us!
