Fitness & Empowerment Day at The Oxfordshire Golf & Spa Hotel

Saturday 9 February 2018, 10am – 4pm

A full day of health & fitness in a beautiful location to educate, inspire and motivate you towards small changes that could make a big difference in your life.

This event is for you if you are:
– stuck on a plateau with weight loss; frustrated that you’re not losing the pounds
– feeling stiff and less flexible than you have in the past
– wishing to improve your energy levels and achieve more in your day
– hoping that you’ll age gracefully and not be plagued with ill health

We combine fitness classes – dance fit, yoga, pilates – with nutrition and mindfulness workshops. We include a recipe corner and a delicious lunch, plus use of the spa facilities at the end of the day.


Your instructors:

This day is hosted by Jenny Phillips, a qualified nutritionist, yoga & dance teacher and Jo Beardsmore Dilks, an acclaimed fitness specialist with a degree level qualification in dance. They are both passionate about making healthy living both easy and enjoyable, and will share a little of their own health challenges which have led to their work in this field.

What to bring:

Come dressed for exercise including trainers. Please bring a mat and yoga equipment if you have it (mats and equipment can be loaned during the day). If you are staying on to use the spa please bring swimming things and toiletries.
